After the wettest April on record you might well be thinking that it never rains it simply always pours? And as well as returning to recession we now have another deluge of regulatory change on the horizon:

• New UKGAAP reporting framework - FRS 102 in place by 1 January 2015
• Changes to audit exemption and choice of accounting frameworks from October 2012
• New regulatory framework for the Financial Reporting Council - from now it would appear
• More guidance on reporting service charges in the accounts of Residential Management Companies
